Refund & Exchange Policy

Every ToppaOnly piece is made to order, just for you. Because your order enters production the moment it's placed, we are unable to offer traditional returns or refunds. We appreciate your understanding — this is what keeps our drops exclusive and our quality high.


When We Make It Right

We stand behind every order we send out. If we made an error, we will fix it — no questions asked. The following situations are fully covered:

  • Wrong item received — You ordered one thing and got something different. We'll send the correct item at no charge.
  • Wrong size sent — You received a size that doesn't match what you ordered. We'll exchange it for the correct size.
  • Fulfillment error — Incorrect design, colorway, or style sent due to a packing mistake on our end.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@toppaonly.com with your order number.
  2. Include a photo of the item received. A clear photo showing the item and any visible discrepancy from your order helps us resolve things fast.
  3. We review and respond within 2 business days. Once approved, we'll ship your replacement or process your refund right away.

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery
