Shipping Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Because every ToppaOnly product is made to order and printed on demand, our shipping process works a little differently than traditional retail.


Production Time

All orders require a production window before they ship. Please allow 7–10 business days for your item to be printed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. This is in addition to the shipping transit time shown at checkout.

Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. Production begins the next business day following your order confirmation.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Available shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We ship via trusted national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment based on your location and order size.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or through the tracking link in your email.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect movement on your package.


Estimated Delivery Timeline

As a general guide, here is what to expect from order placement to delivery:

  • Production: 7–10 business days
  • Standard shipping transit: 3–7 business days
  • Total estimated time: 10–17 business days from order date

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. ToppaOnly is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at the time of order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at support@toppaonly.com — we will do our best to make the correction before production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is submitted.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has not moved for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, please reach out to us at support@toppaonly.com. We will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf and work with you toward a resolution.

ToppaOnly is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or packages that are lost or damaged after being accepted by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to help.


Undeliverable Packages & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sent packages. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the return, the order may be forfeited without refund.
